Antique Hand-Carved Wooden Frame ca.1890. Frame with original finish is possibly Butternut 17"x 19-1/2"and will take a 12"x 14"picture. If you run your finger on the back you will feel the plow marks from a smoothing plane. You don't see many of these as most are plaster and the first for me in 40yrs+in the business. Beveled Mirror was added 1n 1955 (date stamped on back 10th of August) and few small chips on the silver could be easily fixed with reflective tape or just leave it it doesn't take away from its function.
