Casige Post-War Toy Sewing Machine

Product description coming soon!

Casige Post-War Toy Sewing Machine, sewing machine with box and all working components. This Casige is stamped “Made in Germany British Zone” on the stitch plate and was made after WWII, during the British Occupation of West Germany.  Although produced after the war, many of the parts for these toys were pre-dated the war, as factories were forced to manufacture armaments from 1939 to 1945.  The post-war models were slightly larger and more sturdy, and tended to last longer. Brightly painted with classic German flowers and a glossy finish, this set includes the instructions, vice, and box along with the sewing machine.
