Antique Hickory Paddles. ca 1920s





Antique Hickory Paddles ca, 1920s. These paddles were carved from hickory  and used in the Muskoka area of Ontario, Canada. They are remarkably well preserved and have a beautiful warm tone. Each handle has an ‘L’ carved into it near the shaft. The handles are slightly different; one is more raised and has a more concave grip than the other. Sold as a pair.
